Corporate Compliance and Ethics is a living and ongoing process that should be part of the fabric of every organization.  As part of our commitment to enhance capacities of members, we are partnering Bimstinct Solutions Ltd. to provide a Corporate Compliance and Ethics awareness programme.
The One District, One Factory policy is geared towards driving economic growth, placing an emphasis on making Ghana’s products and services globally competitive. To achieve this, it is critical that companies demonstrate that they comply with international standards of performance and conduct business ethically.
The implementation of a working Compliance Programme is based on internationally recognized principles and standards. It creates an awareness of existing areas of risks and establishes procedures and processes to mitigate those risks. A Compliance program also safeguards an organization’s legal responsibility to abide by applicable laws and regulations.
Bimstinct is a leading consultancy provider specializing in Corporate Compliance training, design and implementation.

The facilitator, Doris Agyemang is a Compliance Professional with over 15 years’ experience working in multisector industries in Corporate America including construction and engineering, financial, risk management, client services and management consulting. She previously worked in the Ghana auto industry handling finance and marketing in close partnership with major corporate clients, Doris is an accomplished writer with published articles on corporate management issues such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Compliance, Employment Readiness and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
