The WCI is a Turkish annual event and the theme for this year is “Investment Opportunities in Ghana” and was held at the Alisa Hotel, Ridge Accra on Thursday 25 April 2024.

WCI brought together over 30 prominent industrialists and entrepreneurs from Turkey and created a massive nexus for exhibition, networking and B2B engagements.

In his keynote address, the AGI President, Dr Kwesi H. Ayim Darke stated that there was a time when Ghanaian businessmen and women travelled only to Asia to procure equipment and machinery but currently, Turkey has offered a preferred destination for machinery, equipment, projects, business exchanges and bilateral trade.

Dr. Darke pointed out that the economic buoyancy that Turkey is manifesting is a real catalyst for industrial growth and a beacon of prosperity for the rest of the world.
