The Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) has officially kicked off the Ghana Industrial Summit and Exhibition (GISE) 2024 at the Accra International Conference Centre.

This “must attend” event brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to promote value chains for competitive industrial development.

Event Highlights:
The summit featured a panel discussion on strengthening value chains to boost industrial competitiveness through policy, collaboration, innovation, and public-private partnerships, while addressing challenges in local content integration ¹. Additionally, a technical session focused on validating the draft value chain action plan on corporate sustainability due diligence directive (CS3D). The day concluded with a breakout session on validation and inputs.

Attendance:
The event drew approximately 700 industrial experts and personalities, making it a significant gathering for the industry.
