On Wednesday, 15 January, Dr Humphrey Kwesi Ayim Darke shared valuable insights as a guest panellist at the 76th Annual New Year School and Conference held at the Legon ISSER hall. The event was centred around the theme “Building Partnership and Facilitating Cross-Border Trade through Digital Commerce.”
The discussion explored how businesses can upscale through e-commerce while continuing to embrace traditional methods of commerce.
Dr. Darke highlighted the importance of adopting e-commerce strategies that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can use to reach international markets, enhance consumer engagement, and drive business growth.
He said in the coming months, the AGI Business Development Services department will deliberately initiate training tracks, modules and programmes that will hone the skills of members in digitisation and related subjects.
