AGI Accra Chapter Hosts Entrepreneurial Knowledge Forum on Execution of Business Strategy

The Accra Chapter of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), in partnership with LFA & Co, organised the 10th edition of the Entrepreneurial Knowledge Forum (EKF) focused on the execution of business strategy for growth and sustainability.

The forum equipped SMEs and industry players with practical insights on strategy execution, branding, marketing, sales generation, and adapting to changing consumer trends.

Speaking at the event, AGI Accra Regional Chairman, Mr Tsonam Akpeloo, encouraged participants to actively engage and test ideas through practical implementation.

He said EKF has come a long way and will continue to provide cutting-edge information and knowledge for entrepreneurs to hone their capacities.

Managing Partner of LFA & Co, Mr Daniel Dotse, urged businesses to focus on their “why” rather than only financial gains, noting that purpose-driven strategies create long-term value and growth.

Dr Sabine Huber, Partner for Leadership Development at LFA & Co, also highlighted the importance of branding and visibility, encouraging SMEs to clearly communicate the value and uniqueness of their products and services.

The forum forms part of AGI’s commitment to strengthening businesses through knowledge-sharing, innovation, and strategic collaboration.
