The Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) Tema executives paid a courtesy call on the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Assembly, Honourable Samuel T. K. Morton.

The AGI delegation was led by the Chairman of the Tema Region, Dr Eddie Akwetey, Vice Chair, Ms Adobea Asiama-Aboagye, and Tema Regional Manager Ms Veronica Darkoa-Asiedu.

The engagement provided an opportunity for AGI and the Assembly to depeen collaboration and explore practical ways of supporting industries operating within the municipality. Discussions focused on closer engagement, data sharing, addressing challenges affecting businesses, poor road network, and creating an enabling environment for industry to thrive and contribute to local economic growth.

The meeting reaffirmed a shared commitment to building a stronger relationship between industry and the Assembly for the benefit of businesses, employees, and the wider community.
