The Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the German Agency for Development Cooperation (GIZ) to foster inclusive business (IB) and inclusive Green Business (IGB) in Ghana.

The MoU was signed by AGI CEO, Mr Seth Twum-Akwaboah, and GIZ Representative, Mr Jahn Christian, accompanied by his team members Mrs Eyram Bernadette, Mr Nana Yaw Amponsa Boadu, and Dr Amin Bauer.

This collaborative effort aims to:

1. Identify, assess, profile, and rate IB/IGB businesses in Ghana
2. Develop strategic recommendations to support and scale these businesses

By promoting IB and IGB, AGI and GIZ aim to contribute to sustainable economic growth, job creation, and environmental sustainability in Ghana.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in AGI’s efforts to drive inclusive growth and green development in Ghana’s industrial sector.
