The AGI Women in Business (AGI-WIB), led by Chairperson Dr. Mrs. Grace Amey-Obeng, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a 30-member delegation from Nigeria’s Women Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (WCCIMA), headed by Director General Dr. Weynmi Eribo on the 21st of May 2025
Held yesterday 21st May at the AGI Conference Room under the theme “Creating a Platform for Sharing Women’s Trade Experiences and Exploring Partnerships Under AfCFTA,” the event marked a key milestone in fostering cross-border collaboration between Ghanaian and Nigerian women entrepreneurs.
Following the signing ceremony, a Business-to-Business (B2B) session allowed participants to connect, network, and explore trade opportunities. The day concluded with a company tour to Qualiplast, one of AGI’s member companies, where the Nigerian delegation observed firsthand the firm’s production processes.
Together, we’re building stronger networks and unlocking the full potential of African women in trade!
