THE Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) has formally admitted Kasapreko PLC’s GH¢600 million note programme to the Ghana Fixed Income Market (GFIM).
The President of AGI, Dr Kwesi H. Ayim Darke who was a Guest Speaker at the event expressed his support by extending felicitation from AGI, the National Council and its members.
He pointed out that “Kasapreko PLC has been a continuing member of the Association of Ghana Industries and its public trading of shares on the Ghana Stock Exchange Market is a significant turning point which has engendered a great feeling of pride in the private sector as well as entrepreneurs in the country”.
Managing Director of the Ghana Stock Exchange, Abena Amoah, used the opportunity to invite other corporate bodies to use the capital market to diversify their fund portfolio.
Kasapreko has products sold worldwide under a variety of brands in the bitters, whiskey and other drinks category.
