Advocacy Services
We represent the voice of Ghana’s private sector, pushing for reforms that create a fair, competitive, and enabling business environment
Our Advocacy Work Includes:
- Reviewing regulatory and tax policies to support industrial growth
- Providing inputs into the National Budget and participating in pre-budget consultations
- Leading dialogues with government, regulators, and private stakeholders
- Promoting the competitiveness of local industries
- Championing SME development through the AGI SME Charter
- Encouraging the consumption of Made-in-Ghana goods and services
- Maintaining continuous dialogue between the public and private sectors
Our advocacy efforts have contributed to major national reforms, including VAT deferment on raw materials, reduced corporate tax rates, adjustments to utility tariffs, and improvements in procurement regulations
